The Duo Coaching only Sessions is 2 90-minute sessions with a 30-minute follow up session. Clients can elect to schedule the sessions in 3 consecutive day sessions or 3 consecutive weekly sessions.
These are coaching only sessions which means there is no hands on Consulting offered. The Client will be responsible for establishing their own plan and working the results of the sessions in which they are serviced.
